Q: When and where is the conference registration?
A: Registration opens on Friday 5 July, 9 am. Please go to the Institute of Education Foyer and follow the signs. Your conference pack and badge will be ready for you to collect from the Registration Desk.
Q: I forgot to book my ticket for the Film Screening at Bloomsbury Theatre, can I book now?

Q: I forgot to book tickets for the Conference Dinner and the Boat trip or I would like my partner/spouse to accompany me. Is this possible?
A: Yes, please email fiec@ucl.ac.uk with your request.
Q: When is the deadline for Early Bird rates?
A: 31 March 2019. *Please note that the Early Bird deadline has now passed*
Q: How do I register for the Conference?
A: Please click on this link and follow the instructions.
Q: How can I pay the registration fee?
A: You will need a debit or credit card. We cannot accept cash payments.
Q: Is there a day rate?
A: No, you will have to register to attend the whole Conference.
Q: Who needs to pay the registration fee?
A: Everyone who is attending the Conference. This includes all speakers, chairs, respondents, round table participants, poster presenters and non-speaking delegates.
Q: I am presenting a poster, do I need to register and pay the fee?
A: Yes. Please see above.
Q: I am presenting a poster. Do I need to print it in advance?
A: Yes. Please print your poster and bring it with you on the first day you attend.
Q: Who is eligible for the Concession rate?
A: Registered students, post-docs not in academic employment, staff on temporary one-year or two-year academic contracts, and schoolteachers only.
Q: Can you provide me with a letter of invitation to the Conference for visa or funding purposes?
A: Yes, we can. Please email fiec2019@ucl.ac.uk stating all the relevant details and we will provide a letter for you.
Q: Are the venues accessible to disabled delegates?
